Lucy Beveridge

Lucy (she/her) is a qualified clinical nutritionist who believes in a non-diet approach.  As a food and social justice activist, she takes a holistic approach to her work, empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to build a strong foundation for sustainable health. 

Her interest extends beyond just nutrition, as she is also passionate about understanding autoimmune diseases, unraveling the complexities of digestive issues, delving into the intricacies of neurodivergence, and addressing the unique health concerns faced by the LGBTQIA+ community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition)

First Aid & CPR

Member of Australian Natural Therapists Association

Services

  • Working together to tweak the diet where we can to optimise nutritional value. This can include swaps for certain meals, or planning out a week of meals.

  • Supplementing the diet where needed with practitioner only supplements to improve overall health status, to boost the treatment process and to bring the body back to homeostasis.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) investigation into lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your presenting condition like sleep, stress, or exercise.

  • Using pathological testing to investigate the biochemical, nutritional, metabolic and hormonal processes in the body and where treatment may need to be aimed.

  • Sharing my knowledge and understanding in the field to empower you with you help, this may also be in the form of workshops.
